With regards to filling your staffing needs, we can assist your company with
three different types of job placement:
• Temporary Workers
Certain seasons or certain projects in your company may leave you short-handed with your staff. This is where Integrity steps in. Your
company will give us one quick call and provide our team with the best possible description of who you are looking for. We like to
know every last detail from what equipment is necessary to how many years experience are required. We hire them using our RSI
process. They stay on our staff and we take care of all wages, payroll taxes, unemployment taxes, workers’ compensation issues, as
well as providing an intermediary between the workers and your own office employees. One call and you now have the workers
necessary to complete your task.
This is our most popular form of hiring and can almost be seen as a combination of direct and temporary hire. With temp-to-hire, you
make that same call with the description of what you need, and we use our RSI process with one little quirk! This time, you get a
90-day trial period. Hiring an employee on full-time comes with financially heavy obligations such as taxes, workers’ compensation,
employee benefits, vacation-time, etc. With this trial period, both sides (your company and the employee) get to “try each other out”.
If it is a good fit for both of you, you get to hire the employee onto your payroll after 90 days; if not, you do not have to worry about
letting anybody go! They are still our employee and we may place them on a different assignment. Again, one quick call and all your
staffing problems have vanished!
• Direct Hire
When using direct-hire, your company would get in touch with our team and provide us with a description
of who you are looking for in a new hire. We will then go out and use our RSI process to find you the
best possible candidates and present them to you. You hire them directly onto your payroll for a
predetermined price after deciding that they are the right fit for you.
